ONLINE Owls is a new project that helps people to get the most out of the internet and their mobile phones.

A group of young people from Newcastle are giving up their spare time to help people to understand the new technology.

Cestria Housing, which is part of the Isos Group runs the service with support from local foundations. All of the courses are free and available to anyone of any age, not just Isos tenants.

If you want to learn how to set up your laptop, tablet or mobile, you take it along to the course and they will show you how to do it. There will be a new course starting at the Manors soon.

When I have the dates I will let you know. Meanwhile, if you want to know more, you can contact Online Owls on (0191) 3851436, or go to onlineowls@cestria.org
