THE traditions and history of the North-East will be celebrated in Wylam this weekend.
The Addison Rapper and Clog team is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special event in the village.
A pop-up gallery, shop and cafe will be installed at the Wylam Institute on Church Road on Friday and Saturday. And at 1pm on Friday the Addison Rapper and Clog team will give a performance of traditional Northumberland and Durham clog and rapper dancing.
The pop-up cafe, gallery and shop will be open from 11am to 4pm on Friday and Saturday.
All proceeds from the cafe will be donated to Hexham’s Priory School.
