AS universities throughout the land said goodbye to their students with graduation ceremonies, children at a Prudhoe nursery decided to mark the end of nursery life with a special ceremony of their own.
Mortar boards and gowns were the order of the day for children at St Matthew’s Primary School. No degrees were awarded, but the children were given a presentation to mark their time at the nursery.
