The major modifications to the Core Strategy document in relation to Ponteland involve the addition of plans for a Garden Village, at Dissington, and a supplementary planning document for land at south-east Ponteland.
Residents can attend a drop-in event at Ponteland Memorial Hall on Wednesday, from 2pm to 7pm, to respond to the consultation.
Planning staff will be available to discuss the consultation documents.
