Having started at Tynedale Park in Corbridge in 2008, the event moved to Hexham Auction Mart last year and was held at the Harlow Hill Army barracks for the first time on Sunday to accommodate more than 150 motorbikes and 600 cars.
Super cars and modern classics were brought to Tynedale for the event from as far away as Scotland and Nottingham.
In a live action arena a tank, known as the Quirky Limo due to its plush internal modifications, crushed cars and leading rally driver Dan Smith demonstrated gymkhana on four wheels.
Organiser David Harding said: “It was a superb day, we had the weather on our side, but traffic getting in and out was a problem.
“We just weren’t geared up for the numbers. But it’s nothing that can’t be solved with more marshalls in the future.”
The barracks has already been chosen for next year’s event.
