The following 11 branches will be replaced by an outreach outlet:

Bardon Mill, Millfield Terrace, Bardon Mill. Outreach service point – Bardon Mill Mobile Service, in the lay-by at the bottom of the road by the Railway Station. Operating times: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri 8.30am – 10.30am; Wed 2.35pm – 4.35pm.

Belsay, 12 The Arcade, Belsay. Outreach service point – Belsay Hosted Service, 12 The Arcade, Belsay. Opening times: Mon to Fri 9am – 2pm; Sat 9am – 12.30pm.

Blanchland, The Square, Blanchland. Outreach service point – Blanchland Partner Service, The Square, Blanchland. Opening times: Monday 8am-4.30pm, Tues 8am-12.30pm and 3pm-4.30pm, Wed 8am-12.30pm and 3pm-4.30pm, Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-4.30pm, Sat 8am-4.30pm.

Colwell, Colwell Cottage, Colwell. Outreach service point – Colwell Mobile Service, in the lay-by opposite the current location. Opening times: Tues 10.50am-11.50am, Fri 2.35pm-3.50pm.

Fourstones, Fourstones Service Station, Fourstones. Outreach service point – Fourstones Mobile Service, behind the church where St. Aidan’s meets the main road – B6319. Opening times: Mon to Thurs 2.35pm-3.50pm.

Gilsland, Burn Brae, Brampton. Outreach service point – Gilsland Mobile Service, car park opposite the Station Hotel, Gilsland. Opening times: Mon noon-3pm, Wed and Fri 9am-noon.

Humshaugh, Humshaugh Village, Hexham. Outreach service point – Humshaugh Mobile Service, in the car park of the Village Hall, Humshaugh. Opening times: Mon to Fri 12.45pm-2.25pm.

Langley, Moss House, Langley. Outreach service point – Langley Mobile Service, on the driveway of Moss House Opening times: Mon and Thurs 10.50am-11.50am.

Newton, Newton Village, Stocksfield. Outreach service point – Newton Mobile Service, on the main street outside South Farm Cottage, Newton, Stocksfield. Opening times: Tues 4.20pm-5.35pm, Sat 12.15pm-1.15pm.

Scots Gap, Village Shop, Scots Gap. Outreach service point – Scots Gap Hosted Service, Scots Gap Methodist Church. Opening times: Wed 9.30pm-12.30pm, Fri 12.30pm-2.30pm.

Slaley, Slaley Village, Hexham. Outreach service point – Slaley Mobile Service, in the Park Side residence, near to 1 Park Side, Slaley. Opening times: Mon to Fri 4.20pm-5.35pm.

Rochester. An outreach service will also be introduced at Rochester within the Camien Café, although no opening times have yet been confirmed.

The following six branches will now close:

Horsley, The Crown and Anchor Public House, Horsley.

Otterburn (temporarily closed), Chevy Chase, Otterburn.

Ovingham, Village Store, Main Street, Ovingham.

Sinderhope, Burnfoot, Sinderhope.

West Wylam, West Wylam Nisa local store, Prudhoe.

Whitfield (temporarily closed), Bearsbridge, Whitfield.
