Travel shop relaunches

PRUDHOE’S town mayor was the guest of honour at the opening of the newly refurbished Co-operative Travel.
Coun. Jennifer McGee joined Co-operative board members and senior representatives of The Co-operative Travel at the Front Street branch, which was previously known as Travelcare.
Branch manager Joanne Robson said: “We’re extremely proud of our new branding, but we would also like to reassure holiday makers that it is the same friendly faces at the branch that have been offering holiday advice for many years.
“We are now also able to offer holidaymakers a complete bureau de change facility thanks to the introduction of our new travel money facilities, and are very much looking forward to welcoming customers to the new branch.”
