New exhibition draws the line

THE new exhibiton at the Allenheads Contemporary Arts centre was unveiled today for its month-long run.
The show entitled ‘Draw a line, Follow it’ explores the constraints and limitations an artist’s choice of technique can impose on their work and therefore provokes questions about personal control over the creative process.
Exhibitors from across the North-East include: Alex Charrington, Rachael Clewlow, Nick Kennedy, Tuesday Nesbitt, Ginny Reed, Richard Rigg and Anne Vibeke Mou.
The work has been curated by Rachael Clewlow and Nick Kennedy, after their year long graduate residency at Allenheads Arts.
