NATTY knitters from Hexham Abbey Mother’s Union have been hard at work re-creating Noah’s Ark for the children’s group Tots’ Praise.
The creation, which took six months to complete, includes pairs of animals that feature in the Bible story and a drawbridge to enable them to board the ark.
The ark will be used by the toddler’s group which meets at the Abbey every Wednesday morning.
