The Rotary Club of Hexham has arranged a special screening of David Lean’s classic Doctor Zhivago at the Forum Cinema on Friday, March 3, at 7pm. Proceeds from the evening will support local youth projects.
In recent times, the club has supported the Hextol Foundation, the Hexham Youth Folk Band, the Hexham Youth Initiative, the Jubilee Sailing Trust and Ground Work North East and Cumbria. The club has also provided financial assistance to enable young people from the district to travel abroad to carry out charitable work
