NEXT week, on Saturday, May 14, between 10am and midday, call in at the village hall to view Acomb’s draft community-led plan before it goes out to print. See how your views are being put into action.

ON the following Saturday, May 21, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at the village hall, there is a drop-in event to explore what sort of place you want Acomb to be in 2031.

The neighbourhood plan steering group, backed by the parish council, would like to hear which planning and land-use issues concern you.

Once approved, the plan will have legal weight when the county council considers planning applications in Acomb.
