An interesting and informative meeting was held by Acomb Parish Council on January 27 about the Garden House Bank planning proposals.

Residents were able to put questions about the plans to one of Northumberland County Council’s planning officers and were given clear guidance about the planning process.

The consultation period runs until February 15 and responses can be made online via a link at www.action4acomb.co.uk.

There is also a pro-forma letter which can be obtained from Action4Acomb committee members.
