THE A69 has been reopened between Hexham and Haydon Bridge after a two-vehicle crash this morning.
Police say an HGV and a car collided on the westbound carriageway at Two Mile Cottages at just after 7am.
The road was closed with diversions put in place at Haydon Bridge and Acomb to take traffic on to the Military Road.
Officers say no one was seriously hurt. The male driver of the car was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to Newcastle's RVI.
