A HALTWHISTLE man will appear at crown court on a drugs charge.
Barry John Newton is accused of conspiring to supply cocaine.
The-26-year-old appeared at Newcastle Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Alongside five others, Newton is accused of conspiring to supply the class A drug to others on October 8 2015.
Newton, of Newton Road, Haltwhistle, entered no plea to the charge.
He will appear at Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday, April 11.
