Haltwhistle Partnership created four flats after renovating the upstairs floors of a Grade II listed building it owns in the Market Place last year.
The scheme was designed to provide much-needed rental accommodation in the town, and also generate income for the partnership to fund community projects.
Haltwhistle Town Council heard at its meeting on January 9 that all four flats are now occupied.
The historic town clock, which dates back to 1954 and is attached to the front of the building, was also refurbished as part of the scheme.
Meanwhile, a shop unit on the ground floor of the building, has re-opened this week as Centre of Britain Army Surplus, offering military clothing.
For many years, the shop hosted Clive Brown’s hardware store, and was more recently home to the Bits ‘n’ Pieces DIY offering.
