ONE of Tynedale’s leading estate agencies has announced two headline staff appointments to strengthen its team.

Bosses at Foster Maddison, estate agents and property consultants, have welcomed a new director to the board, while also appointing a new manager for their Hexham office headquarters.

The business operates a network of offices covering Northumberland, County Durham and Tyneside, with a particular focus on high quality country and market town residential sales and lettings.

New director Rob Moody brings with him a wealth of experience in the North-East property sector and will also lead an imminent refresh of the current brand for the Foster Maddison offices.

Ben Dolby most recently operated from the Jesmond office of Foster Maddison, but as a Tyne Valley resident and former branch manager for another regional estate agency, now brings exceptional knowledge of the local property market to the helm of the team in Hexham.

At the same time, former director Dan Maddison is set to take up a new role with Walhouse Surveyors, a Hexham-based practice focused on providing survey and valuation reports for a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

Director Neil Foster said: “This is an exciting time for Foster Maddison.

“We are welcoming new ideas, energy and focus into the estate agency business and the independent launch of Walhouse Surveyors, backed by the knowledge and chartered surveying expertise of Dan Maddison, looks set to provide a much-needed new dimension to the offering in the Tyne Valley.”
