At around 4.30pm on Friday, December 16 a Kia Picanto and a Skoda Fabia collided on the A696 at Otterburn.
Emergency services attended the scene and three people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The road was blocked following the crash, and was re-opened by 6.10pm.
Police are making inquiries and anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference number 797 16/12/16.
