CHILDREN from Bellingham Middle School have been making sure they’re in Santa’s good books this Christmas.
Pupils from year 5 headed off to the Alnwick Garden to take part in their School Takeover Christmas Fair and made a number of Christmas crafts, including decorations and food, to raise as much money as possible for the school.
They raised £368 and their teacher Anna Veitch said she was very proud and that all the children had done an amazing job.
The Alnwick Garden Trust had challenged school children to create and sell products in an apprentice-style takeover of the Alnwick Garden Christmas Market –part of the trust’s charity Enterprise Programme.
