KIELDER Waterside has started the year off in typical fashion by adding two more awards to its collection.
Northumbrian Water’s Landal Kielder Waterside team was awarded best Go Active team in the UK and best new and innovative activity in the UK at the 2018 Go Active conference and awards dinner in Wales this week.
Kielder Waterside has already had success at the awards, winning two awards at last year’s ceremony.
Northumbrian Water’s head of leisure strategy and transformation David Hall said: “These most recent Go Active awards are testament to the hard work and commitment that the team at Landal Kielder Waterside put in every day.
“I want to congratulate them on this fantastic achievement.
“It’s clear from the feedback from our guests and these award wins that they are doing an amazing job.”
The awards follow on from a hugely successful 2017 for Landal Kielder Waterside, with the park winning a series of high-profile awards.
David added: “I’m so proud of the team here at Landal Kielder Waterside. These awards are a real reflection of the work we are doing to make Kielder the best holiday destination in Britain.”
