Calvert Trust Kielder’s annual Kielder Quest, which has raised more than £30,000 over the last five years, supports services for disabled people, their families and carers at the dedicated North Tynedale adventure and activity centre.
The event which will see teams of six competing against each other in instructor-led challenges.
Event organiser Charlotte Gaunt said: “A lot of the teams have done it before. They know what a great event it is and they’re coming back to have a shot at the trophy – but that’s not to say that a ‘new kid on the block’ couldn’t come and steal it. It’s up for grabs so get in touch now to sign up and start training!”
Newcastle-based financial planning firm Gale & Phillipson has agreed to sponsor this year’s quest, which will take place on March 16 and 17.
