A HUNDRED years of history will be brought back to life in the North Pennines tomorrow.
The Dales Pony Society is celebrating its centenary with a special event at Killhope Lead Mining Museum.
Working life at the historic mine will be recreated, with dales ponies loading up the lead ore, just as their ancestors did in days gone by.
The day, which runs from 10.30am to 4pm, includes an exhibition of photos and artefacts, and tours of the site.
