Neighbourhood Inspector Pam Bridges said: "We're appealing for help from the public to find those responsible for stealing a quad bike and a large quantity of tools used by a local Corbridge business.

"It would have taken quite some time to steal all these items of tools and the quad bike.

"Thieves will also have had to use a vehicle to transport these stolen items from the area.

"If you saw a vehicle in the area at the time please give us a call.

"We'd also like to hear from anyone who may be asked to buy any of these stolen items."
