A TEMPTING red velvet cake and other American classics baked by Hexham cafe owners Nico and Ashley Nicoletti in aid of a local charity sold for more than £100.
Visitors to the Zest cafe stall in the town’s market place snapped up the American duo’s tasty treats, making a total of £120 for Tynedale Hospice at Home.
It was part of the hospice’s Big Tynedale Bake campaign, which has made more than £3,000 so far.
