Hexham attack witnesses sought
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Hexham which left a man lying in the street unconscious, with a broken jaw.
The 27-year-old was attacked on Priestpopple between midnight and 3am on Sunday, December 27.
He was found near Pizza Pizza and taken to hospital by ambulance, but has no recollection of what happened.
Police are keen to speak to anyone may have seen any signs of a disturbance in the area at the time.
