THE community centre coffee morning will be hosted by the ladies from the Friday keep fit classes.

How about enjoying a cup of tea or coffee whilst celebrating St George’s Day and Shakespeare’s 400th anniversary? Refreshments served from 10am.

FRIDAY exercise classes take place in the community centre with ‘Movement to Music’ from 10am to 11am, followed by chair-based aerobics between 11am and midday.

Classes are open to every one and would certainly suit those who have not exercised for a while.

IF you fancy giving carpet bowls a try, then why not go along to the community centre on Thursday, April 28, at 7pm, for the next club night.

It’s a very sociable evening and a great chance to meet new people and make new friends.

HAYDON Bridge Art Group will be meeting again in the community centre on Wednesday, April 27, between 6.30pm and 9.15pm. The group is open to every one with an interest in exploring their artistic side.

ON Friday, April 29, it’s film and food night at the General Havelock, when the appropriately-named film The Lunch Box will be showing.

This 2013 Indian film is a ‘feast for the eyes’ according to Empire magazine.

ON Sunday, there are no services at the Methodist Church.

Everyone is invited to join worshippers at St Cuthbert’s Church at the earlier time of 10am.

At 6pm, there is a special service at Sparty Lea, to which every one is welcome.
