TWO EMERGENCY services crews teamed up to attend an incident in a Tynedale town.
The Great North Air Ambulance and The North East Ambulance Services teamed up to attend a medical incident in Haltwhistle on Main Street today (Thursday, September 7).
The team were activated at 12.50pm and a paramedic and doctor on board the aircraft arrived at the scene at 1.04pm.
A spokeswoman said:"Our critical care team was activated at 12.50pm to reports of a medical incident in Haltwhistle.
"We had a paramedic and doctor on board our aircraft and they arrived on scene at 1.04pm.
"Our team worked alongside the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) to assess and treat a patient before accompanying them in NEAS’ land ambulance to hospital."
