NORTHUMBRIA Police have deployed extra officers in the Prudhoe area following multiple reports of indecent exposure.
Three incidents have been reported in the last five months, with police working to identify the person responsible.
Tynedale's neighbourhood inspector Pam Bridges said: "We have received three incidents of indecent exposure in the Wylam and Prudhoe areas since May this year.
"Enquiries to identify the person responsible are ongoing and extra officers have been deployed in the area.
"We understand public concerns about this type of behaviour and we are taking the reports extremely seriously."
