THE Mischief Makers Summer Reading Challenge is in full swing at Northumberland Libraries and hundreds of children across the county have already signed up to join in the fun.

Each week during the challenge, which is run by Northumberland County Council and lasts for the whole of the summer holidays, lucky winners are picked out from the names of children who have signed up tho join.

Ten-year-old Ellen Stoker from Corbridge Library is the winner of a family pass to Whitehouse Farm.

Ellen and her sisters, Millie and Constance are regular participants in the Summer Reading Challenge at Corbridge.
