Land Factor has announced the purchase of a new office building in Burn Lane, Hexham, as its headquarters.
It will be moving from its current offices at Bywell and Haltwhistle in mid-July, after which both sites will be closed.
Director Tom Warde-Aldam said: “This major investment reflects the confidence we have in the Land Factor business. We recognise that we need to operate from modern accommodation, with first class broadband, and this building in Hexham provides just that, in a very central location for our clients.
“We were also keen to bring all our staff under one roof, in order to continue to provide the top class service our clients expect. This move gives us the opportunity to expand our business and position ourselves for what looks like a challenging, but exciting future.”
Land Factor operates throughout the north of England and southern Scotland.
The business provides a wide portfolio of services, including management, administration, capital tax planning, farm sales, valuation, project management, forestry and farm consultancy advice to estates of all sizes.
