THOWBURN, Joan. Newton. Peacefully in hospital after a short illness, on 28th September, 2018 aged 88 years. Joan, beloved wife of the late Neville, loving mother of Simon and Jill. A loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Service to take place at St James's Church, Newton on Wednesday, 10th October at 11am followed by a private interment. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to Corbridge Health Centre, c/o Dodds of Hexham, NE46 2EW.
